New Contact Manager from Google

New Contact Manager from Google
Now no longer we need to login to Gmail account every time to retrieve contact details. it is been made simpler by New Google Contacts Manager which allow us to view and manage contact information. This stand-alone app is still in beta and works with other services such as Picasa, Google docs, Google calendar, etc. It deals with all address associated with your Google account.

Google Contact is capable of importing contacts from other sources such as HotMail, Yahoo Mail, Microsoft Outlook, etc. Users do not need to be a Gmail user to enjoy this online contacts management service. You can add new contacts, edit any existing contacts to your contacts list.

So it makes for a nicely web-accessible backup, and won't require another account if you're already using another Google service.Google Contacts is free to use with a Google account; Google Apps users have to get their administrator to enable Contacts from their "Add more services" link at the Control Panel. If you are part of a business, school or other organization using Google Apps, the administrator will have to enable this functionality within the control panel by clicking on the "add more services" link, finding the "Contacts" option and clicking the "add it now" button.

It has many great features that include contact synchronization with Microsoft Exchange and advanced spam blocking. Any user that signs up for Google Mail not only signs up for all Google Products but also signs up for Google Contacts.
