how can I retain my Family Resource and Level as I need???

how can I retain my Family Resource and Level as I need???
I have been playing his game for the past five days but yesterday My family turned level 3 and there's only 5 active members, who all can’t be on every day???why can’t the -300 resources per day just stop at 0? I am really concerned about this……….

You should not recruit anyone for 3 days and just leave your family as rank 1, it will disband and this is true? If so this does help with the list of families being at the rank 1 so long...

Yeah it seems in this game that you have your guild and family's level correspond with the amount of members and active players in the guild and family itself. So if no one is constantly playing or you can’t get people to join then yeah I would recommend you to really try to stick to level 2 till you get enough players………

You can keep up with your family as rank 2 with just 5 members then I would advice not to rank up rank 3 and just save your resources and exp because they do pile. And you can also just rank up whenever you feel like so you can keep up with the depletion.
