Rest XP and level cap in The Lord of the Rings Online: Rise of Isengard
This might look as odd post and I am unsure that many of the player base can help. I am having a Burg which is half way throughout level 64 and has more than 1.8 million rest xp. My query is will I really have that quantity if I were to strike 65 earlier than ROI release otherwise should I resolutely place that on a shelf.

I would like to tell you that rest xp scrolls just functions upto 64. I think they are the fortune point equivalent. I advise erring on the side of care and wait to raise the level cap.

I don’t know that how you got the millions of Rest XP but below are the features that basically you get from the game:

Experience the Rise of Isengard - The epic story continues as the Grey Company heads south to Dunland, but problems arise when their path leads them to the land where Dunlending forces, led by Saruman, prepare for war. The Rangers must find new allies and face new and dangerous enemy, whose head, the traitor Saruman, has woven a web of intrigue that threatens to jeopardize your job, your friends, and your life.

Maximum Level Increase - Players can get to level 70 with his characters, gain access to new strengths, skills and missions.

Expanded Monster System - The system will LOTRO monsters completely renewed and open to all players. Also change and advance the skills of the monsters, as well as extended to a new region where players have to fight with or against the forces of evil.

If your character is level topped, you possess no rest encounter points. You begin procuring them following to play Isengard. You are having two choices if you wish to have a lot of rest experience points. Below are those two choices:
Don’t play your character after level 64. You must be able to get a full bar.
Go ahead to level 65 and after that stop playing that character. Leave them logged out in order that the character gets a pleasant chunk while you log in. Play a dissimilar character.

You would just be able to ever have full level of rest XP, so if case you get unequivocally cross into L63, so you require 1 million XP to get to level 64. You would just be able to ever have 1 million rest XP but provided that the blue bar won't top off any further than one full level. So you won't get the remaining 1.1million (or whatever) would have done well to head over from L64 to L65.

The Lord of the Rings Online: Rise of Isengard will be based as usual on the struggle that we must wage against the evil wizard Saruman. Dunland – It has scheme among the shimmering forests covering the foothills of the Misty Mountains in the south. Beware of clans Dunland, harsh warriors tempted by the dark promise of power.

Gap of Rohan - Fight for control of the pass that connects the legendary Eriador to the plains of Rohan. This strategy must be defended at all costs against the forces of Sauron.
