I have read that tier 7 crafting is free of charge though I have not read something regarding the new tier intended for crafting guild reputation. I think that it is known as the "Master of the Guild" rep level. I am guessing that it will price TP for every toon if you are not presently VIP. I am debating on either getting ROI or getting one more 3 month subscription. Currently I am leaning strong on 3 month sub from a year of playing. I now boast over 3600TP and can simply get the essential ROI through that. I am having 8 toons that I mostly play. 6 of those are previously kin through their personal guilds. I want to ask that, will the "Master of the Guild" rep level charge TP intended for premium as well as f2p players?

As you have already paid for this then you can unlock that as of the store and you will be able to get a new guild level.

In 2011 the expedition with the arrival in the region is crowned epic of Isengard, where players put themselves and shadows of war that have settled over Middle-earth.
