how can I get patch for A game of Thrones: Genesis
I have recently purchased the game of Thrones: genesis and there are many problems that I am facing and desperately need a patch can you help me with this please…….

To send you your patch I must know your hardware configuration this is what you need to do to find your hardware configuration use it in your windows XP:
1. Click Start then Run or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Run window and press Enter key.
After you send me your hardware configuration I will send you the patch……….thank u
To get your hardware configuration in windows vista or windows 7 perform the following steps:
1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key…thank you

In case you are having these problems with the game do send me your hardware configuration so that I can give you the required patch.
- Animations that every now and then stop working.
- Some Tutorial missions I have to be started again because the unit refuses to move.
- Multiplayer may not be able to join games.
- Music cuts in and out occasionally.
- Graphics boosts not up to the mark?
- More often when I attack people, my armies face in undesired direction but they still are fighting.

Some additional information required to get you the patch for:
On System label: Windows version, processor model and the amount of RAM memory.
On Display label: name of the graphics controller and the driver date.
On Audio label: name of the audio controller and the driver date.
This information is needed only in case your computer has some system error that might need a repair…
