How to play on the ball defense in NBA 2K12
I hello I am started playing the NBA 2K12 game on mine system and everything was working perfect in mine game but I just need to how can I play on the ball defense in NBA 2K12 game. I am playing online game and I need to known on the ball defense in online game mode. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

This is obvious. Limit the number of turnovers. NBA 2K12 in, turnovers are very punishing when compared to NBA 2K11. You get the better defense when you combine Manual Double Teams and Hands Up. I'm noticing that a lot of turnovers can be forced (as it should) when you trap a player in the corner, and you do not use the button steal. The AI will automatically hand up, and is a perfect time to do the same. What typically happens is that any attempt to pass made is thrown into the hands of the defender, and is only a matter of catching the ball and finish the break. Furthermore, the best doubles teams are the ones turning the ball handler quickly and bring in another defender. I would recommend the LB button, but it seems slow and unresponsive at times.

Use your timeout time to kill scoring impetus. It looked more like a placebo effect in NBA 2K11, but it seems as if it really works in the NBA 2K12.

Playing ball on defense, you should know when to hold LT-RT when to let go.
