Back and Forward Buttons missing in firefox

Back and Forward Buttons missing in firefox
Today when i started my Firefox browser there was an notification of update , and i allow the update to finish. When firefox restarted sfter the update i saw my back and forward buttons are missing. Where are they gone and how can i get them back ?

If you can't see any of the the button than make sure your navigation toolbar is not hidden. In case just these two buttons are missing than Right-click on the Home or the Refresh button. Click Customize. Drag the Back button to the area of the toolbar you want it. Do the same with the Forward button. Click Done. Thats it..

These problem occurs with some users after after upgrading the Firefox. To fix this problem you need to restore the default toolbar set. To do so, click the Firefox View menu, and then select the Toolbars sub-menu, then click the Customize, at the click Restore Default Set. Thats it..
