Alright, to know how URL Helper works -

Click Select adapter button and select the adapter which connect to Internet.
Click Sniff Network button

Now "URL Helper" starts watching the network traffic....You can go to the page and start playing your stream. The results list will show all URLs found.

I downloaded this URL Helper software. It's indeed a great software. Apart from the information and features already provided about this tool, I would like to mention that you can find the flash animations links and download flash animations files with URL Helper.
URL Helper uses WinPcap, free packet capture library for Windows.
