Mass Effect 3: Origin order not working
I have ordered Mass Effect 3 deluxe edition about 3 hours ago but I have not got the any e-mail to confirm EA got my order and I have checked the Paypal and I have found Paypal paid. I have also checked my origin account but I have not got any message on Order history. can anyone suggest on this issue..

I have faced the same issue and I have tried lots of time. This issue due to the Paypal and after 24 hours I have got the email from Origin. So I would like to suggest you to wait for one day and you will get the email.

I have recently ordered it a few minutes ago and my account did take the drop and origin does not seem to want to show me my order history and also confirmation. I didn’t get the any confirmation for prepurchase and I think this might be PayPal issue. I have ordered through PayPal and noticed it took almost a day or two.

Hello I have ordered with the Credit card but I have not got the any confirmation from the origin and according to me they have got money from my card. I don’t what’s happening with origin store. Does anyone how to refund this money if I won’t get ordered game.

hello everyone i have not get any issue with the pre-order, i have got confirmation e-mail as soon as I paid. And it was in my Origin games list right after as well. Just have to wait for pre-load.
