Mass Effect 3: online pass not recognized as collector’s edition

Mass Effect 3: online pass not recognized as collector’s edition
Last night while logging to alliance network I have got the following error message saying that:” unable to authorize Collector’s Edition please log in with account that have collector’s edition online pass associated”. I have checked my registered game content here and I am getting issue with the "online pass". Can anyone suggest me how to solve this issue? Here is screen shot of issue:

Ok to solve this issue I would like to suggest you the steps here and after that let me know. First go to the Origin launcher, click on the information button for Mass Effect 3. Now here make right click on N7 Collector's Edition Materials", then click "Check for updates". Now you will get the 50MB~ patch to download. Just download this patch and after that your issue will get solved.

even i have got this issue in game and i have not able to download DLC because game isn't active yet, i have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing helped me. i just reloaded game with latest updated and patch and after that mine issue was get solved. so i would like to suggest you to first install the latest updated and patch for your game and after that reload the to solve this issue.
