Mass Effect 3 error "one or more of your purchases failed to process"


I am getting above error message if I leave multiplayer for the main menu and come back. Can anyone suggest me how to solve this error message? Thanks in advance…

I have got this issue onetime and I never got any items for my credits for Veteran pack. Finally I have got the popup saying that I have got the with 10 items or so for 2 failed purchases and somehow didn’t spend any credit.

Even I have got this issue and I have tried the lots of steps but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and after that I have just exit multiplayer and re-enter it and mine issue was get solved. I have got this error message 2 3 times and I have immediately exit multiplayer and re-enter it and I have got pack upon re-entry.

I have got several issues with this game and this really frustrating, while playing this game I often get disconnected from EA servers due to timeout. I have got this error message and after that five second my credits are refunded. This issue due to the sever timeout and to solve this issue I have contacted with the support as well but they have not helped yet.

usually you get this issue although when you look looks through your stuff, a weapon/character/mod is upgraded a level. so if you get this error message just re enter that game and after that look in stuff, a weapon/character/mod is upgraded a level and you will get the all stuff that purchased. You'll notice when going to the character select screen, Sentinel will have the upgrade arrow flashing since it was leveled up.
