How is Picnik for photo editing

How is Picnik for photo editing
Hi,
I need a online photo editor software. I had looked for that and found Picnik. I had seen this online. But the issue is that will the features and support to the image format will create issue in future. If not then what are the other more services available for the same. Does this tools complies the basic editing support.

In recent months, new rich services have emerged on the Internet. With the evolution of technology (including that of RIA and the simple Java as before), some sites are pushing the limits of what was usually feasible online offering almost as much functionality as conventional real applications. Picnik is an nice tool for the same. You can work with your photos online in a easy way.

The area of the photo editing online is clear is that those technologies have benefited the most. There are many services online photo editor and has been for some time. But there are now some online services that can replace good old Photoshop or Fireworks. Not only the quantity of available features is impressive, but in addition, these services are trying to make them as easy to use and can offer photo editing. The best example for the same is Splashup.

Picnik is a leading service-rich photo editing online came on the market. Long free service is now available in two versions. The first one is a basic, free, and pay the other including a whole bunch of extra features. Made in Flex, the service is particularly well thought out and easy to use. It is best for you if you want to go with basic text editing feature and support.

Picnik allows you to upload your own photos or to obtain an account directly from Flickr, Picasa or Facebook. Recently it has been completely been integrated into Flickr as a photo editor as standard. In terms of features, you will find all the classics (enlargement, rotation, cropping, etc..) Used very simply. However, the service does not offer fashion layers for publishing what may miss some familiar Photoshop.

FlauntR is a relatively new web service publishing photos online. Released a few just me, it's originality consist of a ultitude of services grouped under a single interface. All completely free, these services allow among others to edit your photos, apply filters (including the effects of paint quite impressive), frames, etc.
