Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
I have a decent computer and fast internet provider yet Texas Hold Em loads and runs quite slow. There is too much garbage and clutter. I like to send gifts but two to three boxes to do it is too much just send the request and no I don't want to post each request to my facebook profile, nobody cares! Also your game loads very slowly and locks up quite a bit I’ve checked my system with spybot and virus scan and I now know it’s not me. I like your game but due the popup its irritating. Fix it and make Texas Hold Em a fun fast loading game. Stop the profile request crap too it’s not necessary I know it’s free advertising but most people on facebook no who ZYNGA is.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
I love Texas Hold'em and I like the way Zynga looks, BUT I am in the process of looking for other game sites that have better play. Too many "errors" & have to refresh the page, etc. If I have to struggle to play, it just isn't worth it!. Zynga needs better explanations for us Newbie’s for Weekly Tournaments, Shoot-Outs, Sit-N-Gos, etc. We don't know what these are, how to play them or how they work! I decided to try the Weekly Tourney & read everything I could find on it first. It just threw me through Cyberspace into a room with 3 people.

Pops can be so slow to load that they suspend game play preventing you from even calling check. This results in the hand automatically folding. This is very annoying. Yes that expletive is deserved. Please tell the idiots that you use as developers that they haven't got a clue what they are doing. I would be sacked if I produced coding as incompetent as that.

The pop up would not be so bad if we could move them off to the side so they did not block the game play. due to the popup i take long time to post collectibles to feeds and i think the popup system need to be removed and so that we can play free and without any error and bugs.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
I have been kicked off the table and missed many bids because of pop ups that I "X" out and still won't go away. Many times it will also take my chips that were on the table. Also all the pop ups over the Dealer's chat! Who cares if I had 3 of a kind? Pop ups are the most annoying thing on Zynga. They take forever to load and you continually get booted out..... But why ask us our opinion and then ignore us. Because that is what Zynga always do. Getting fed up with it.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
I agree whole hardly with the previous players comments about popup, interference, and freezing of the screen. Furthermore tonight I am being asked by facebook insistently to login. The middle of a game with over $500,000. on the table isn’t the time to block me with popup and logins and I was folded because of this. I will say as the other man said if its not broken doesn’t fix it. I would be very surprised if anyone likes popups. I have one that covers my daily chip bonus. If i respond or just close it takes the bonus away before i can accept. Anyone else has this or an answer to fix it. Thanks

Zynga, are you beginning to get the idea that you are losing players because of this fluff? I have several family and friends who play here and compete for the chip lead, so I will probably endure the frustration for now. Without that I would probably have found another site by now. I would suggest that the designers spend a little time playing the game and make notes of features that are irritating. Then they could put in change requests to make improvements. My belief today is that those responsible for the design of this app have never tried it.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
A few simple suggestions that would improve things immensely: When a players opens the poker app, the gift window should not pop up and cover the screen. It is easy enough to click in the Z to see gifts. Maybe you could make it blink or something instead of blanketing the screen. When I win a Horseshoe, Bling Cup, or Rainbow dice, bring up a share button that is not on a popup window that covers the whole game. Forget the box where a player has to click OK when finishing a tournament. Just pay the chips if they are warranted. Although I also dislike the popups that ask me to send chips to poker buddies, and even worse those that ask me to send chips to facebook friends who do not play poker, I can live with these. I also dislike but can live with the stuff that covers the dealer chat, although I do not need to know that I had an "AMAZING HAND", or that I had a straight, flush, or full house. I usually can figure those things myself.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
A couple more suggestions about all the fluff. I know this is a social networking program and all, but all the pop-ups to get you to say or post something is out of hand. You have it set up so that in virtually every situation there is something popping up before I can progress to the next stage. And all the fluff about if you do this you might win this. Is that really necessary? In the end everyone soon learns that Zynga is not in the business of giving anything of real value away for free. Here's the suggestion part, pack it all in when you first open the program, then leave us be during and in between games or tourney. Those that want to post all the social stuff know how to do it, the rest of us just want to play. Try concentrating on fixing all the glitches and unfair practices, like keeping someone’s money when they stand up before a tourney starts, or the program paying losing hands.... Have played on Zynga for over a year. and for the most part am very satisfied!!!! a couple of tweaks and you'll have a keeper.

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
Why do Zynga feel the need to make so many pop ups, Pop up? I know you are trying to get people to buy chips but you have to look at it this way. If too many pop up's, Pop up its going to start moving players away to other poker apps on facebook. I’m seriously thinking about leaving as every time I leave a tablet do I get a pop up!

Re: What you think on Pop-ups in Zynga Poker game
The thing about all the popups is.... there a lot of players running this program at marginal speeds. In my opinion this program could be "slimmed" down. i.e. not many feel they need patted on the back by a popup stating the obvious. Especially when the next cards dealt are "pocket rockets" and the popup in question freezes you out! Don`t get me wrong, I`m not whining I relies it`s just a game. I just think Zynga could do a little streamlining to make the game a little more enjoyable.
