Need help with Riddler hostage rooms in Batman: Arkham City
I have recently started playing Batman: Arkham City and now I need help with the riddler hostage room. I mean that I have been trying long to unlock the third riddler hostage room and even though I am finding more hostages in order to unlock it the sequencer is just saying that I will have to find out more hostages and I have by now secured 39 hostages. I don’t know what to do is there anyone who has unlocked it and has an idea about it and can help me out as well. Any suggestion regarding the same will be appreciated.

Even I am having the exact problem I mean that by now I am having 260 including the trophiesd, riddles and the challenges but whenever I am going to the cryptographic sequencer and when I go to the current Riddler frequency which is 923 / 625 then I get the message saying this "too soon batman, the key to finding more hostages is secrets and you don't have enough" and even though I have interrogated 41 hostage by now. I don’t know what to do any help regarding this will be appreciated.

I have also solved enough riddles in order to trigger the next hostage and here is the pattern that I have found:
Riddler room 1 - given
Room 2 - 80
Room 3 - 160
Room 4 - 240
Room 5 - 320
Final fight – 400

I was able to get 250 in the second room where most of the people have managed to get the same in the third or the fourth room but then I have found that my friend has came across 240 riddles and after that he was able to get out the enigma machine and later was able to solve the question to get the location of the next room and I really don’t know why the same is not going with me.

I have heard that there are some specific Riddler trophies which are need to be picked up in order to trigger the events so one require to get them rather than having more no of them. I will also like to share that even I had struggled a lot in order to unlock the fourth room but then I think that I was able to collect those specific Riddler trophies and after having them I was allowed to enter the next room.

Yes it might be possible that there might be some specific riddler trophies which are required but then I have by now discovered 292 secrets by now and I think that there are very less opportunity of missing those specific riddlers that you are talking about. I will also like to inform you that one person was having the same case as that of me and he told me that after getting some more riddler trophies from the subways the next hostage room will be available for me and he has said that he had done the same and was able to next hostage room was available to him but then when I did the same then I did not got any response like he said and I still get the same message.

Yes even I have found that the cases are varying even though the people are having same no of riddler trophies at the same stage and even I will like to add that by now I have managed to get the 304 and I have completed all the Subway secrets and I really don’t think that I have missed anything out there but then I have not yet found an enigma machine where as there is a person with the same no of riddler trophies and at the same stage he has mentioned that he was able to get the enigma machine. I think that this is really some kind of glitch and the rocksteady people really need to fix this soon.

I was not aware of such cases until now but then even I did not had any such problem in getting the enigma machine. I think that you will have to get some more trophies and I don’t think that the frequency matters but then I think that you just need to solve riddles and collect trophies and also make sure that you destroy the cameras so just check in that way and see if it is making any difference. The problem here seems to be very strange but then I just wanted to know from you all that Were you able to get the radio signal and also have you all completed the Riddle in the Enigma Box??.If all of you are giving me a yes answer for the same then I think that this is surely some kind of bug which is not possible for us to solve it out.
