How to get rid of bots, cheaters and collusion in Zynga Poker game
I have a suggestion to get rid of bots, collusion and cheating, but I think that Zynga is go for it because of costs ... I was watching a SitNGo 5 players 10M and was amazed to see 3 of the 5 players in collusion with others. In fact, I think it was a person with multiple accounts from 3 joined Zynga Poker on the same day. Instead of reporting these cheaters in the usual way that may or may not succeed, what about having a button that will bring an official representative of Zynga live on your desktop, if you suspect that someone or cheating people at your table. The judge/jury/executioner can then watch the table and decide on the appropriate action. To prevent people from wasting the Zynga representative's time, the player who presses the button will be fined 25-50% of their entire bank roll f the people being accused are innocent.

The "accidental or third party, click on" where a mod to jump and it was a false accusation, saying that the player did in the accident or your family member or someone else is made click. That would be very difficult to confirm that the chips anyway = player takes discomfort and the possibility of abuse. Players who could be upset by an action taken with your account and create accounts / press the button just to "get back" of some kind. The Click to report only one / friend or talk to a mod on your ticket waiting / errors, etc. There is also the time / effort to support VS was going to do. I do not know, but something to consider whether to apply. So, all I can see the value of customer service, but I'm not too sure that never take place because of the possibility of abuse. I'll pass along your idea just what the team knows he was raised, which can trigger other creative ideas to combat fraud, you never know! Thanks for taking the time to share!

One thing is certain, however, nothing is done until now. Bots are prohibited in the best after 6 months of abuse reports then return as if nothing had happened. In some casinos, in some ranges of the table, there are more machines than humans. Glance at 9.9 Table of the preview image, there are usually 12 to 15 people, 9 are playing and the rest waiting to replace others. If 1 or 2 appeared from time to time, I raise an eyebrow, but when there is 5 or more all the time you start getting lbm.

I guess in the end it comes down to how customer concerns vs service Zynga making money. How do the officials Zynga is the need to play? 10? 100? It might be too expensive. The income obtained by removing the cheaters / chip vendors cannot be greater than the cost of officials ... The "accidental click" the problem can be solved easily by clicking on the user 3 + adequate warning time between each click. Players may be IP / user banned? This would solve the problem if you are trying to "revenge." It can also be made clear that the button is for robots, deception and collusion with a reduction of only 50% of the funds if used for other purposes. They do it a second time and losing all your chips. If you have 0 tokens are IP / user banned for the month + 1. Problem solved.

These frauds are usually only at the high-stakes tables so Zynga could place the Zynga Representative button only on these tables. If players don't have the chips for these tables then they can't access them. So... The people that press this button must have millions of chips to access and press the button. Are they willing to lose 50% of their chips or an IP ban by pressing this button "for fun without any reason"? I doubt it.

I do not understand when you say that "people started calling just for fun representatives for no reason." Yes, this would be the case if you do not incur penalties, but if you are going to lose half of their chips (all chips in a second attempt) or the prohibition of intellectual property as worth talking to a representative "for fun" I think they'll think twice ... Once again, people with low amounts of chips (as almost all the cheats are still high in the game) would not be able to get in contact with representatives...

How about this "solution" when you want to play sng, you just click PLAY and Zynga randomly selects empty table, just like tournaments, you will only see values like tables 10k 50k 100k 1m 10m... you just click on that and Zynga do the rest, that way multiple players cannot sit where they want or in the same room, it will be really complicated for all 4 to sit at the same table.

The problem with this is that I do not think there is demand for them from the players who play at the same table. For example, if the three colluders clicking on the table every 5 million in a few seconds of each other, you probably still play at the same table as there is a lot of players trying to play a Sit N Go 5M.

if you are good poker player than multiple players sitting at the same table won't bother you, once you find out that they both are playing together, you just need to play tight and hit them when it’s your turn. there was a time when i was playing with my friend at same table telling each other cards and trying to win from others but still lost, after that i never did that and i see a couple of times players like that but it’s not too hard to beat them, pocket pairs can hit them very hard and can anyone tell me how do you guys find out that the player playing on that table is a boot or a real player, i play 2 to 3 hours poker on Zynga everyday and i never thought that i am playing with bots so how do you guys find out?
