command and conquer 4 launcher error
Hello
I'm having a really hard time getting command and conquer 4 to work on my computer
I've unistalled and reinstalled the game afew time snow
Have updated windows vista completely
It downloads fine the installs fine
Soon as I launch the game I see the title screen for a short moment then it goes off then I get a big long error message which starts with

'Unhandled exception : System.ComponentModel.Win32exception: The requested operation requires elevation'

I really don't know what this all means
Can someboday please help me out

Ok it is a common issue just follow the steps that i am giving you here,

1) You should allow the following programs in your firewall/webfiltering programs
- CNC4.exe
- EADM.exe
- CnC4LauncherUpdate.exe

2) in your file scanner you should except some folders or files from being scanned. Here are the list
- CnC4 Program Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight)
- EA Download Manager Program Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\EADM)
- CnC4LauncherUpdate.exe specifically

3) You should be giving full security permissions to Administrator + my User Account to the C:\Users\(My username)\AppData\Local\Temp.
