Make sure you have selected proper view settings for your browser also check your display settings are set at high performance and check that you have not set any filter for your browser or for any site. the problem is at your end

The problem can be due to slow internet and you are opening more tabs of browser which may required more bandwidth but due to low speed your images are not able to open as they are not able to view 100% so better you open single tab and try to open picture....another option can be optimise or speed up your internet speed .

Re: Pictures blurry on web
Try this steps if Pictures is blurry on web:
Launch the Internet Explorer browser by double-clicking its Desktop icon or selecting it from the Start menu.
Click Tools in the top menu bar of Internet Explorer. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Click the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to Multimedia. Check the box next to "Smart Image Dithering." This will help to ensure that images are loaded properly.
Visit the Windows Update website (link in the Resources section and in the Start menu in the Windows operating system). Check for any software updates to your computer's graphic and/or video card.
Right-click on the image in Internet Explorer and select "View Original Image" from the pop-up menu.
Check to see if any installed Internet browsing accelerators are compressing your browsing too much and causing the blurred pictures.
Consider switching to another web browser, such as Mozilla's Firefox or Google's Chrome. Test whether the blurred image is a problem specific to Internet Explorer, or if it is a problem with the host website and appears blurry in all browsers.
