Hi I'm doing a research essay & would like to know, What are the major technologies used to deliver mobile computing? Part of the research is to get info from many sources.

Can you just elaborate it a bit in detail? Like what specifically you are looking for? Mobile technology as in silicon devices making the computer smaller and portable? or Mobile Computer devices as laptops, netbooks, or wireless techniques like WiMAX or 3G or something else? This may be helpful in delivering you the proper information...

That was the question that I got to answer but I think it's in terms of cellphone technologies because the project/essay is basically about cellphones.

This is the question that follows the one I asked first.- What type of phones and from which manufacturers support the technologies you mentioned above? So the first one should be about the major technologies of cellphones.
